1. What does it mean to save a bookmarked list?
This feature on the site has been incorporated for the convenience of the registered
users. A bookmarked list is saved for the user and this can be viewed by him
at any time.
On the View Bookmarked Page, the user will come across three
options. "Save Only" implies that the entire list
will be saved for him. "Save & Submit" will save
the list and submit the same to us in the form of an order. "Cancel" will
cancel the entire bookmarked list.
The saved lists can be viewed / edited / deleted at any time.
Once the user logs in, his saved lits can be accessed easily
from the left navigation.

2. How can I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
Please send us an email, indicating your choice, and we shall remove your email
address from our list.

3. Can I make a single shipment of wood and Brass items?
No, this is not possible. According to the Indian Government regulations, shipment
of Brass has to be separate.

4. What are the terms of payment?

5. What will the delivery time of the goods be?
We shall be able to tell you once we know your full requirement. If there is
an order of production pieces, then we will have to work out the time that
will be required to execute the order.

6. How will I know the freight and other charges for a shipment?
Once you have finalized your order, we will work out the ocean freight and
other charges. This will depend on the quantity ordered. We will inform you
by mail.

7. How can I see the prices of the various products on the site?
You need to login in order to see the prices on the site.
To get your login username/password, you have to register with us. Click on
the link "new user" which is next to the login form in the left navigation.
Submit your preferred username/password along with your details and wait for
our confirmation mail. There onwards, you shall be able to see the prices.

8. I have registered on your website, but cannot login.
Your account has probably not been activated.
For a registered account to work on the site, it needs to be activated. This
can take up to a day or two. Once the account has been activated, you shall
be informed by email. Henceforth, you will be able to login on the site without
any problem.
